INDRA K. WARDANI

Indra Kusuma specializes in corporate and commercial law, including foreign direct investment, cross- border M&A transactions, joint ventures, general corporate, financing, Property & Real Estate, banking/non-banking industry, start-ups, and private equity. He has a strong background in project management and corporate law problem solving.

Prior to joining this law firm, he also worked as Head of Legal Department at a multinational company in the Real Estate Property and Banking Industry. During his career as in-house counsel, he has assisted and been involved in the company’s strategic projects, in addition he continues to prepare himself and add insight and knowledge in the field of commercial law to be able to develop into an outstanding corporate lawyer.

He has obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from Sheikh Yusuf Islamic University (UNIS) and has completed his Master of Laws degree in Kenotariatan from Jayabaya University. He is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and holds an advocate license from PERADI as well as a member of the Capital Market Legal Consultants Association (HKHPM) who has received a Registered Certificate (STTD) as a capital market legal consultant by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
