SITI NUR AZIZAH

Azizah is an active person in the field of professional and social organizations, seen in several organizational histories that she participated in starting from the PBNU board of LPBHNU, Deputy Secretary of the MUI Law and Legislation Commission, Deputy Chairperson of the Indonesian Lecturer Fraternity (PDRI), Treasurer of Basyarnas MUI, General Treasurer of PP IPPNU, Member of the Legal Advocacy Division of PP Muslimat NU, Deputy Chairperson of Perwatusi, Chairperson of the Education and Training Division, Association of Medical and Health Law Consultants (PKHMH).

In addition to being active in organizations, he also has extensive work experience, starting from the Head of the Mosque Supervisor Section of the Directorate General of Islamic Guidance of the Ministry of Religion, Head of the Halal Product Registration and Certification Section of the Ministry of Religion, Head of the Sub-Directorate of Islamic Religious Understanding and Conflict Handling of the Directorate General of Islamic Guidance of the Ministry of Religion, Sharia Supervisory Board of Woka International Finance, Lecturer at the Faculty of Social and Law, Surabaya State University, and Founder of the SNA Initiative.

He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Malang and has completed his Master of Laws degree from Jayabaya University (Jayabaya), and has obtained his Doctor of Laws degree from Krisnadwipayana University, He is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and holds an advocate license to practice throughout Indonesia. On the other hand, he is also a recipient of the Setya Lencana Karya Honor Award from the President of the Republic of Indonesia.
